          The Website may allow you to enrol in degree certificate programs or similar programs offered by AARSH or our affiliated partners on the Website. AARSH and its affiliated partners collectively serve as a distance education provider of these programs and determine admissions, graduation and completion policies and requirements. Nothing in institutional policies established by our affiliated partners in connection with these programs (e.g., Honour Code, Codes of Conduct) shall restrict these Terms; such policies shall supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict between such policies and these Terms, as between you and our affiliated partners, AARSH\u2019s policies shall govern.<\/p>\n

For avoidance of doubt, once you have paid for any type of service, you are not entitled to a refund.<\/p>\n

          6. Registration and Account Creation<\/strong><\/p>\n

          As part of the registration and account creation process necessary to obtain access to certain portions of the Website, including those portions that require a fee or payment for access, you will select a username and a password.
